The clay powder buried scraper single-chain and double-chain zipper conveyor operates stably horizontally. The vertical screw conveyor is suitable for short-distance vertical conveying. The flexible screw conveyor consists of a flexible shaft and synthetic rubber blades, which are easy to bend and can be arranged arbitrarily according to on-site or process requirements for spatial conveying. The screw conveyor blades come in wound and whole-drawn types. The wound type can be made to any thickness and specification size with appropriate gaps. The whole-drawn type is not suitable for producing non-standard screws.

Working principle: When the screw shaft rotates, due to the gravity of the material and the friction generated with the trough wall, the material can only move forward along the bottom of the conveyor's trough under the push of the blades. The situation is similar to a non-rotating nut moving translationally along a rotating screw. The movement of the material at the intermediate bearing relies on the thrust of the material advancing from behind. Therefore, the transportation of material in the conveyor is entirely a sliding motion. To keep the screw shaft in a more favorable tension state, the drive device and discharge port are generally placed at the same end of the conveyor, while the feed port is placed as close as possible to the other end. The rotating screw blades push the material for conveying. The force that prevents the material from rotating with the screw conveyor blades is the material's own weight and the frictional resistance of the conveyor casing against the material. The blade profile types include solid, belt, and blade profiles, depending on the material being conveyed. The screw shaft of the screw conveyor has a thrust bearing at the end of the material movement direction to withstand the axial reaction force of the material on the screw. For longer conveyor lengths, intermediate hanging bearings should be added.
